Dr. Krystina Sandefur
The Professional Side
Dr. Sandefur is originally from Arkansas but made Kentucky her home in 2008. She attended Berea College where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Biology. In 2018 she graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and has practiced general dentistry in the Bluegrass for 6 years now. At ThoroughDent Smiles she offers IV sedation dentistry and is skilled at oral surgery. A natural artist, Dr. Sandefur loves collaborating with patients to create stunning new smiles.
The Personal Side
At home Dr. Sandefur enjoys the company of her son, a fellow artist, as well as her dog and cat. She adores her friendships and enjoys a multitude of creative endeavors including making jewelry, painting, and cooking. Additionally, Dr. Sandefur can be found fully immersing herself in outside adventures, gardening and swimming.
