Dr. Krystina Sandefur has honed her surgical skills with intense training. She also provides comprehensive dental care and feels so much joy when patients complete their recommended treatments.
Dr. Madison Sellman
Dr. Madison Sellman developed a passion for comprehensive, patient centered care, and received awards for her strong patient relation skills and dedication to the field.
Great place. Doesn’t feel like a dentist's office. The staff was really nice, and engaging, and always asked how I was doing. Really nice folks from the desk staff at check-in through the cleaning!

ThoroughDent Smiles is the best!! The staff is very nice and professional. I have been to three cleanings so far and have left very pleased. I’ve had the same dental hygienist both times and she is wonderful! She was not only very thorough at cleaning my teeth but she took the time to remember facts about my life from my first visit! She even had Dr. Smith fill in a tiny chip that was bothering me, which he did an excellent job on. I’ve been to another dentist and he is my favorite by far, and the other staff. Definitely recommend!!

I recently went to ThoroughDent Smiles for my 6-month cleaning and it was such a pleasant experience. The receptionist greeted me with a welcoming smile. My hygienist, Tami was so wonderful! She explained everything she was doing (which I appreciate). Tami pointed out what she saw that I was doing correctly, as well as areas for me to work for better oral health. Dr. Neda and Dr. Smith always provide quality services and the hygienists are some of the most personable and friendly staff in the area! I love how informative the staff is in explaining things but not pressuring procedures that aren’t necessary at the time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or take my girls anywhere else. We love it!

We've been to a few different dentists through the years in Georgetown and this place is easily our top choice. It's conveniently located with ample parking. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The doctor and hygienist were very knowledgeable and were thorough in their explanations. They were also very helpful and answered any question that I had. Overall the place was clean and had a calming environment. Highly recommend and will definitely be going there every 6 months!
